Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for Expert Engineers. You will partner with hiring managers, source high‑quality candidates and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer and onboarding.
• Identify and attract talent through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and direct outreach.
• Conduct phone screenings and HR interviews, assessing candidate fit.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define requirements and hiring plans.
• Track recruitment KPIs and continuously improve hiring performance.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Proven track record hiring across multiple business functions.
• Strong communication, negotiation and organizational abilities.
• Experience in the education or training sector is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced sourcing techniques using LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
• Expertise in conducting interviews and candidate assessments.
