Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join AM Group’s HR team in Obour City, Cairo. The role focuses on recruiting across the food manufacturing and FMCG sectors, supporting both factory and office locations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for production, technical, administrative and managerial positions across multiple governorates.
• Source, screen and interview candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals and recruitment agencies.
• Partner with department heads and plant managers to define manpower needs and develop hiring plans.
• Conduct salary negotiations, extend job offers and coordinate onboarding processes.
• Prepare recruitment reports, track hiring metrics and ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably within the food industry or FMCG manufacturing.
• Proven track record recruiting blue‑collar, technical and white‑collar roles across several governorates.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
