Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead and continuously improve our recruitment operations. You will act as the primary liaison with our external recruitment provider, ensuring service delivery aligns with business needs and contractual commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and design tailored recruitment strategies.
• Lead full‑cycle recruitment, including screening interviews and candidate evaluation.
• Source high‑quality talent through strategic sourcing, proactive pipelining, and targeted outreach using LinkedIn Recruiter and social platforms.
• Maintain a strong candidate experience with timely communication and professional interaction.
• Monitor and report recruitment metrics, pipeline progress, and time‑to‑fill data.
• Oversee external provider performance, ensuring compliance with contractual KPIs and service levels.
• Conduct regular service review meetings, drive performance improvements, and resolve operational issues.
• Identify structural recruitment challenges and develop solutions with internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to the strategic development of recruitment operations and service delivery models.
• Support workforce planning, procurement collaboration, and vendor governance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR, recruitment operations, vendor management or talent acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of the candidate market in Egypt; transport industry knowledge is a plus.
• Proven experience working with external recruitment providers or RPO models.
• Solid understanding of recruitment KPIs, operational performance management and vendor governance.
• Experience collaborating with procurement and managing service providers.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
