Senior Team Lead – Mass Vendor Relations (VSP)

About the role

Amazon’s Retail business is expanding across MENA and is looking for a Senior Team Lead to drive the Mass Vendor Relations (VSP) program. You will own critical initiatives that help small and medium vendors grow their presence on Amazon platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver and own business initiatives for the existing vendor base, including selection expansion, availability, operational performance, marketing and promotions.
• Plan and manage workstreams with remote operations teams – define requirements, metrics, risks and communications.
• Identify growth opportunities for vendors, set up processes, and own business performance outcomes.
• Analyze performance data, surface insights and present recommendations to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Retail teams to share learnings and resolve complex joint problems.

• Strong structured problem‑solving using data‑driven approaches.
• Effective communicator able to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Required skills

• 5+ years of experience with Excel.
• 5+ years of account, project or program management (or buying) experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional/military experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Access or SQL.
• Experience using data to influence business decisions and driving cross‑team collaboration.
• Background in business analysis and P&L management.
