About the role

We are looking for an experienced Auto Parts Sales Representative to join our team in 6th of October, Giza. This hybrid position combines office collaboration with remote flexibility, focusing on driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service in the automotive sector.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales growth by proactively engaging with customers and recommending suitable auto parts solutions.
• Provide expert consultation on spare parts, offering technical advice and ensuring informed purchasing decisions.
• Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and new product releases to stay competitive.
• Process orders efficiently, manage inquiries, and resolve customer concerns promptly.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive or parts industry.
• Consistently meets or exceeds sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of spare parts and the broader automotive sector.
• Excellent customer relationship management and communication skills.
• Effective negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
