Senior Technical Recruiter – Banking Sector

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end hiring for technology positions within the banking sector. You will partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs across software development, IT, digital, data and cybersecurity functions, ensuring a seamless and professional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job specifications and hiring criteria.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates using multiple sourcing channels.
• Conduct screening interviews and assess technical fit and cultural alignment.
• Provide regular updates and metrics to stakeholders on recruitment progress.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter.
• Demonstrated success hiring for banking or financial services organizations.
• Strong understanding of technical and IT job families.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using recruitment platforms and sourcing tools.
• Ability to evaluate technical resumes and conduct competency‑based interviews.
