Senior Total Rewards Specialist

About the role

The Senior Total Rewards Specialist will lead the design, implementation and management of compensation, benefits and recognition programs for Saden Group, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the company’s compensation structure, salary scales and pay policies.
• Conduct annual salary reviews, merit increases, promotions and market adjustments.
• Manage employee benefits programs, coordinate with providers and monitor utilization.
• Design and administer employee recognition and reward initiatives.
• Prepare compensation, benefits and workforce cost reports for senior leadership.
• Assist in budgeting and tracking reward‑related expenditures.
• Provide guidance to employees on compensation, benefits and rewards.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Finance, Payroll and external vendors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Professional certification in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards preferred.
• Strong knowledge of compensation structures, job evaluation, salary benchmarking and benefits administration.
• Understanding of Egyptian labor laws, taxation and social insurance related to rewards.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS).
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics.
