Senior Vice President – Egypt Operations

About the role

Absolute Data Services, the BPO partner for Foodhub, is seeking a senior executive to lead its Egypt operations. The Senior Vice President will own the full contact‑center business, drive growth, and ensure operational excellence while collaborating with Foodhub’s global leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic operational plan for Egypt, aligned with global growth objectives.
• Oversee end‑to‑end contact‑center functions including customer support, workforce planning, quality, training and performance management.
• Achieve operational KPIs, SLAs, productivity and customer‑satisfaction targets.
• Lead hiring strategy, recruitment, onboarding, talent development and employee engagement.
• Build a high‑performance culture focused on accountability, quality and customer experience.
• Act as the primary leadership point for Egypt, coordinating with HR, Finance, Technology and Customer Experience teams.
• Present operational insights, forecasts and business updates to executive leadership.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and manage office administration, vendor relationships and infrastructure.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience leading contact‑center, BPO or customer‑operations teams.
• Proven track record of scaling large operations and driving operational excellence.
• Strong strategic thinking with ability to partner with global leadership.
• Demonstrated people‑leadership skills, including recruitment, talent development and succession planning.
• Experience managing cross‑functional stakeholder relationships and ensuring regulatory compliance.
