Senior Workforce Specialist

About the role

Bosta, a fast‑growing overnight delivery provider for e‑commerce in Egypt, is looking for a Senior Workforce Specialist to lead the recruitment of blue‑collar talent. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process, ensuring the company has the right workforce to meet its rapid growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for blue‑collar positions, from sourcing to offer.
• Source candidates through vendors, job boards, referrals, walk‑ins and other channels.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess fit and qualifications.
• Coordinate and maintain relationships with recruitment vendors to guarantee a steady pipeline.
• Track, analyse and report hiring metrics, pipeline status and any challenges.
• Close vacancies promptly in line with business needs.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date candidate database for current and future hiring.
• Support onboarding activities, including documentation and joining coordination.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in blue‑collar or mass hiring.
• Experience managing recruitment vendors is a strong advantage.
• Strong sourcing and interviewing capabilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑volume hiring environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
