About the role

We are looking for an experienced, results‑driven SEO Expert to lead both organic and paid digital marketing initiatives. The role covers traditional SEO as well as emerging disciplines such as Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and AI Optimization (AIO). You will shape how our content is discovered across search engines, AI‑powered platforms and large language models.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to boost organic traffic, rankings and conversions.
  • Perform in‑depth keyword research, competitor analysis and opportunity discovery.
  • Optimize on‑page elements, schema markup, internal linking and technical SEO factors (crawlability, site speed, Core Web Vitals, mobile usability).
  • Manage backlink acquisition and monitor rankings using SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog and Google Search Console.
  • Implement AEO tactics to capture featured snippets, People Also Ask and zero‑click results.
  • Apply GEO techniques to increase brand mentions in AI‑generated answers (ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, etc.).
  • Drive AIO strategies to enhance visibility in AI‑powered search and recommendation systems.
  • Plan and execute content marketing initiatives, collaborating with designers and developers.
  • Plan, launch and optimise Google Ads campaigns, managing budgets, bids and landing pages.
  • Analyse traffic, rankings and campaign performance, delivering regular reports.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in SEO and emerging disciplines (AEO, GEO, AIO).
  • Strong understanding of content discovery across traditional and AI‑driven search platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to create high‑quality, structured content that aligns with E‑E‑A‑T principles.
  • Hands‑on experience with paid search management and performance analytics.
