About the role
Capgemini is looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join its technology transformation team. You will be responsible for building, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow solutions that meet client business requirements while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform to align with business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, prioritize, and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, and conduct code reviews.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
- Create and execute test cases to ensure software quality.
- Document code, configurations, and application functionality.
- Stay updated on emerging ServiceNow trends and technologies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands‑on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
