ServiceNow Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Senior Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of ServiceNow implementation, enhancement, and transformation projects. The role involves managing scope, timelines, budgets, resources and stakeholder communications while ensuring alignment with business objectives and ServiceNow best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor and close ServiceNow projects across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps and GRC.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies and resource allocation.
• Gather requirements, define objectives and facilitate workshops, steering committee sessions and status reporting.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, consultants and vendors to ensure solution alignment.
• Proactively address risks, issues and change requests while maintaining governance and quality standards.
• Oversee third‑party vendors and implementation partners.
• Drive user adoption, training, change management and transition to support teams.
• Prepare executive‑level reports, dashboards and project documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience delivering enterprise IT projects.
• 2+ years of experience managing ServiceNow implementation or enhancement projects.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and modules.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem‑solving skills.
