Services Program Manager – PCB/EDM

About the role

Siemens EDA is looking for a high‑energy Services Program Manager to lead electronic design services projects within its Consulting Services team. You will work closely with account teams and technical leaders to translate customer needs into successful project deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with account teams and technical leads to drive sales campaigns and uncover new business in the EDA/PCB design services space.
• Capture customer objectives using structured intake forms and discovery processes.
• Lead technical scoping with assigned leads, creating detailed effort estimates and compelling proposals.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, and deliverables.
• Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to plans, quality standards, and customer expectations while managing dependencies and roadblocks.
• Implement project governance, track KPIs, and provide data‑driven status reports to stakeholders.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, developing contingency plans as needed.
• Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle to drive satisfaction.
• Champion continuous improvement of delivery processes, tools, and metrics.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience leading complex electronic design projects from concept to completion.
• Deep understanding of the PCB development lifecycle, including design, layout, library management, and NPI processes.
• Proficiency in High‑Speed Design analysis and simulation tools.
• Experience managing cloud‑based solutions, SaaS deployments, or managed services in the EDA or PCB domain.
