Shopify Front End Developer

About the role

We are looking for a talented Shopify Front‑End Developer to join our remote team. You will be responsible for building, customizing and maintaining the client‑side of our Shopify e‑commerce platform, ensuring fast, scalable and user‑friendly experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and customize Shopify themes using Liquid, meta fields and advanced CSS.
• Implement dynamic UI components with DOM manipulation, asynchronous JavaScript and modern frameworks.
• Optimize page performance and ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Write reusable code libraries and maintain version control with Git.
• Collaborate with back‑end and design teams to deliver projects on schedule.
• Stay current with emerging front‑end technologies and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team.
• Experience with Git and GitHub for source control.

Required skills

• Shopify platform, Liquid templating, Shopify objects and meta fields.
• JavaScript (including asynchronous patterns), jQuery, Vue.js, React.js.
• DOM manipulation and advanced CSS selectors, responsive design, media queries.
• GraphQL.
• Git version control.
