Site Civil Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Site Civil Engineer to join our General department. You will be responsible for planning, designing, executing, and maintaining infrastructure and building projects while ensuring safety, quality, and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, design, and oversee civil engineering projects from concept through completion.
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, reports, and project documentation.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor construction activities to ensure quality and compliance.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Review project requirements, materials, and methods to support effective execution.
• Ensure adherence to local codes, safety standards, and engineering best practices.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, schedules, and resolve technical issues.
• Evaluate structural, site, and infrastructure conditions and recommend improvements.
• Support procurement and contractor selection by reviewing technical proposals and quotations.
• Perform risk assessments and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience (approximately 8 years) in civil engineering, construction, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and materials.
• Familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and project management abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to quality and safety.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
