Site Engineer – Construction Projects

About the role

The Site Engineer will oversee daily construction activities on‑site, ensuring work aligns with approved drawings, specifications and safety standards. This full‑time position is based in Giza and plays a key role in delivering high‑quality residential and commercial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise site crews and coordinate subcontractors to ensure work follows approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor material usage, implement quality‑control procedures and report daily progress to project management.
• Resolve technical issues on‑site, support inspections and approvals with consultants and authorities.
• Plan work schedules, maintain site documentation and promote a safe, organized work environment.

Required profile

• Strong on‑site supervision skills with clear communication to coordinate with project teams and stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of structural engineering concepts and ability to interpret construction drawings.
• Civil engineering degree (preferably in Civil Engineering) and at least one month of relevant site experience.
• Knowledge of construction codes, safety regulations and common engineering software.
• Ability to work effectively on‑site in Giza, manage time and address technical challenges.
