Site Merchandising Specialist – E-Commerce

About the role

We are looking for a Site Merchandising Specialist to own the day-to-day quality, accuracy and visual presentation of Noon’s B2B storefront for business buyers. The role focuses on the homepage, category pages, product detail pages and promotional elements across web and mobile.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily site quality checks on layout, content and pricing for all storefront pages.
• Plan and execute the merchandising calendar, including carousels, hero banners and promotional placements.
• Coordinate campaigns across CRM channels (push, email, SMS, WhatsApp) to align messaging with onsite offers.
• Manage product placement, visibility and featured assortments to drive discovery and conversion.
• Maintain search relevance and product discoverability, monitoring and adjusting browse results.
• Report bugs and issues to product and engineering teams for timely resolution.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce site merchandising or onsite operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with product, marketing and engineering teams.
