Site Supervisor – Construction Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to lead construction projects in Obour City, Cairo. You will translate blueprints into structures, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and motivate on‑site teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Manage daily site operations, including resource allocation, equipment use, and material procurement.
• Implement quality control measures and conduct regular inspections.
• Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Monitor project schedules and budgets, addressing delays or cost overruns.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for on‑site issues and resolve them promptly.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on site supervision experience in construction or civil engineering.
• Proven leadership and team‑motivation abilities.
• Strong understanding of project management, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret civil engineering blueprints.
• Experience in budget management and scheduling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
