Social Media Analyst and Researcher

About the role

We are seeking a data‑driven Social Media Analyst and Researcher to join our marketing team in El Maadi. You will turn social media data into actionable insights, support campaign optimisation, and help shape our digital strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse data from platforms using Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social and other tools.
• Create reports and dashboards that highlight performance trends and inform stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop and refine social media strategies.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and emerging technologies to identify opportunities.
• Provide recommendations for improving engagement, reach and overall campaign effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Social Media Analyst or Researcher.
• Strong analytical, research and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and present insights to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
