Social Media & Content Lead for Fashion Brand

About the role

The Social Media & Content Lead will shape the digital voice of Ordinary Product, an Egyptian fashion brand known for premium everyday apparel. Reporting to senior management, you will design and execute a cohesive content strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest and other channels, ensuring the brand’s storytelling resonates with a growing audience.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the brand’s social media strategy and content roadmap for collections, drops, campaigns and seasonal promotions.
• Conceptualise, produce or direct visual assets such as reels, stories, posts, lookbooks and user‑generated‑content style pieces.
• Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.
• Collaborate with designers, photographers and production teams to deliver timely content for product launches.
• Manage the content calendar, approvals and publishing schedules.
• Drive community growth through engagement, hashtag/SEO tactics and creator outreach.
• Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, saves, CTR, follower growth) and optimise content based on data.
• Oversee budgets and coordinate external vendors, influencers and paid boost initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading social media and content strategy for a brand, preferably in fashion.
• Strong portfolio showcasing end‑to‑end content creation and storytelling.
• Excellent writing ability and a clear sense of brand narrative.
• Ability to manage multiple collection timelines and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
