Social Media Manager (Remote)

About the role

Rasooc is seeking a remote Social Media Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of social media campaigns for our influencer partnership platform. You will shape the brand’s online presence, engage communities, and collaborate with influencers and internal teams to deliver high‑impact digital storytelling.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies across major platforms.
• Manage daily posting schedules and maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Collaborate with influencers and internal stakeholders to create content calendars.
• Support influencer marketing initiatives and align social activities with broader marketing goals.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyze campaign data, and apply SMO techniques.
• Produce regular reports with insights and recommendations.
• Stay current with platform trends, best practices, and emerging tools.

Required profile

• Strong Social Media Marketing and SMO experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to craft engaging, brand‑aligned content.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing workflows and basic analytics.
• Self‑motivated remote worker capable of handling multiple projects and deadlines.
• Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals; experience in tech or marketing agencies is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or equivalent practical experience.
