About the role

Adawy Group is seeking a creative and organized Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage and grow the online presence of multiple brands across its diverse business ecosystem. The role combines content creation, community engagement, and performance analysis to support the company’s communication strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) for several brands.
• Create and schedule content calendars aligned with overall marketing plans.
• Write professional captions and copy for posts and campaigns.
• Coordinate with designers, content creators, and media teams to ensure cohesive output.
• Track engagement, audience interaction, and platform performance metrics.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social trends and propose innovative content ideas.
• Support the launch of campaigns and digital communication initiatives.
• Prepare monthly social media reports with insights and recommendations.
• Maintain brand consistency across all social channels.

Required profile

• Previous experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and current social trends.
• Excellent written English and content writing abilities.
• Good grasp of branding, audience engagement and multi‑platform coordination.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and pay attention to detail.
• Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools.
