Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team in Alexandria. You will be responsible for planning, creating, managing, and optimizing content across multiple social platforms while collaborating with designers, media buyers, and other marketers to meet business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute monthly social media content plans.
• Create engaging captions and innovative content ideas.
• Publish and manage content on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, and X.
• Monitor daily account performance and audience engagement.
• Respond to comments and messages professionally when needed.
• Stay updated on the latest platform algorithms and trends.
• Analyze campaign performance using Meta Insights, Google Analytics, and other tools.
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors to produce high‑quality assets.
• Coordinate with the paid media team to maximize campaign results.
• Suggest new content formats, reels, and creative concepts.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels.
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely publishing.
• Research competitors and identify market opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in social media management.
• Excellent Arabic writing skills and good command of English.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously and work both independently and within a team.
