About the role

We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Specialist to support our digital marketing efforts for a leading real‑estate development and property‑management company. This entry‑level position is ideal for fresh graduates or junior professionals eager to build a career in digital marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and others.
• Create, schedule and publish engaging content using Meta Business Suite.
• Develop content ideas aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives.
• Produce high‑quality mobile content, including short‑form videos and Reels.
• Monitor channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers.
• Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
• Stay updated on emerging social media trends and recommend new content ideas.
• Support SEO and SEM initiatives to improve digital visibility.
• Coordinate with designers and content creators to ensure consistent brand messaging.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or a related field.
• 0‑2 years of experience in social media or digital marketing.
• Strong communication, creativity and organizational abilities.
• Hands‑on experience with Meta Business Suite.
• Basic understanding of SEO and SEM principles.
