Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the role

BBQHouse is seeking a full‑time Social Media Marketing Specialist to lead its online presence in Cairo. You will shape the brand’s storytelling around barbecue culture and drive engagement across key platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and publish content calendars for Instagram, Facebook and other social channels.
• Design visually appealing, brand‑aligned posts and promotions.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns to increase reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to highlight product launches and special offers.
• Track social media trends, respond to comments and messages, and maintain a consistent brand voice.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing.
• Background in retail, hospitality or consumer‑products marketing is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on‑site in Cairo, manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.

Required skills

• Social media management tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, Facebook Business Suite or similar).
• Basic analytics for measuring campaign performance.
