Social Media Remote Admin

About the role

We are seeking a creative and organized Social Media Remote Admin to support our digital marketing initiatives. This fully remote position focuses on coordinating influencer partnerships and expanding our online presence through strategic outreach and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify relevant influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors.
• Conduct outreach via email, direct messages, and other channels.
• Build and maintain influencer relationships to support campaigns and collaborations.
• Coordinate influencer visits, partnership logistics, content requirements, and follow‑ups.
• Track campaign deliverables, results, and maintain influencer databases using Zoho or similar CRM systems.
• Support social media campaigns, promotions, and community engagement activities.
• Respond to comments and messages while preserving brand tone.
• Assist with reporting on social media metrics and campaign performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in social media management, influencer marketing, or digital marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with capacity to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook platforms.
• Experience using Zoho CRM or similar customer‑relationship tools.
