Software Sales Manager

About the role

The Software Sales Manager will lead the sales effort for Burjline Builders' software portfolio, driving revenue growth and building lasting client relationships. You will shape sales strategies, identify new market opportunities, and ensure customers receive exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Conduct product presentations, demos, and sales meetings with prospective clients.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and analytical insights.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and evolving customer needs.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software sales, with a proven track record of meeting revenue goals.
• Experience managing sales teams and driving performance.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to translate technical software solutions into clear business value.
• Analytical mindset with solid problem‑solving skills.
