Software Testing Manager – Automation & ServiceNow

About the role

PwC is seeking an experienced Software Testing Manager to lead test automation and quality assurance for ServiceNow implementations. You will combine technical expertise with creative problem‑solving to ensure high‑quality software delivery for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
• Perform functional and regression testing on ServiceNow modules and workflows.
• Create and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts for ServiceNow implementations.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow developers and stakeholders to validate business requirements.
• Integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and ensure smooth test execution.
• Analyze test results, report defects, and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 7–13 years of software testing experience with a focus on test automation.
• Hands‑on experience testing ServiceNow applications (ITSM, HRSD, CSM).
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture, workflows, and configurations.
• Experience with REST API testing and data validation in ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and TestRail.
