Spa Concierge (Cairo) – Egyptian Nationals Only

About the role

The Spa Concierge is responsible for delivering a complete, high‑standard spa experience to guests in Cairo. You will act as the first point of contact, ensuring every guest feels recognised, welcomed and cared for throughout their visit.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests by name with a warm smile and soft tone, recording preferences and relevant information.
• Provide expert advice on spa treatments, products and programmes tailored to individual needs.
• Manage bookings, confirmations, cancellations and the appointment schedule to maximise utilisation and profitability.
• Promote and upsell spa services and retail products.
• Handle all billing procedures, reconcile funds at shift end and maintain accurate client profiles.
• Maintain a clean, presentable reception area and ensure safety of users and equipment.
• Coordinate with therapists for treatment consultations and record‑keeping.
• Perform daily opening procedures, inventory reporting and other administrative duties.
