About the role

The Spa Manager will lead daily operations of a luxury spa, ensuring seamless service delivery and an exceptional guest experience. This role combines operational oversight, staff leadership, financial management, and marketing to drive the spa’s success.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all spa activities, maintaining service standards and operational efficiency.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and motivate a diverse team of spa professionals.
• Deliver outstanding customer service, resolve complaints, and foster a welcoming atmosphere.
• Manage budgets, monitor profit and loss statements, and adjust operations to meet financial targets.
• Develop and execute promotions, marketing campaigns, and market trend analyses.
• Ensure cleanliness, equipment functionality, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Control inventory, track usage, and coordinate timely replenishment with vendors.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in spa management or hospitality leadership.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• In‑depth knowledge of spa treatments, wellness trends, and hospitality standards.
• Financial acumen for budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management.
• Marketing and customer relationship management expertise.
