Spa Receptionist

About the role

As the first point of contact for guests visiting the spa, you will create welcoming first impressions and ensure smooth daily operations. You will work closely with therapists and spa managers to deliver memorable experiences that reflect Hilton’s hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests, manage check‑in and registration procedures.
• Answer phones and emails, schedule appointments, and handle guest inquiries.
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, mail processing, and correspondence.
• Address guest concerns promptly, offering solutions to maintain satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and tranquil reception area, ensuring brochures and promotional materials are well presented.
• Promote spa treatments, packages, and retail products, providing information on special offers and membership programs.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Integrity, teamwork, ownership, and a sense of urgency.
• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer‑service role, preferably in a spa, wellness, or hospitality setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
