Sr. Professional Services Expert

About the role

The Senior Professional Services Expert will join Orange Business Services' Emerging Markets and Orange Business (EMOB) Expert Managing Consultants team. You will support security sales activities across the global Orange Business channel, providing pre‑sales expertise, responding to RFI/RFPs and delivering consulting services for complex security solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide pre‑sales support for Professional Services offerings across Europe, MEA, Americas and APAC.
• Lead RFI/RFP responses for security solutions, drafting technical designs and cost sheets.
• Resolve complex security solution challenges and assist Account Managers in closing deals.
• Deliver security consulting services as part of the EMOB Professional Services team.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Orange Cyberdefense services and market trends.

Required profile

• Strong technical background with commercial acumen.
• Ability to translate technical cyber‑security concepts into business value.
• Excellent documentation, critical thinking, communication and time‑management skills.
• Experience in bid management and customer engagement.
