STEM Coordinator - August 2026

About the role

Scholars International Language School is looking for an innovative and enthusiastic STEM Coordinator for the 2026/27 academic year. The successful candidate will lead the development and delivery of an engaging STEM programme, promote creativity, critical thinking, problem-solving and innovation across the school, and support colleagues in embedding STEM in the curriculum.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the school's STEM programme and initiatives
• Develop engaging, cross-curricular STEM learning opportunities
• Support teachers in integrating STEM across the curriculum
• Organise STEM events, competitions, clubs and enrichment activities
• Monitor the impact of STEM provision and recommend improvements
• Promote the effective use of educational technology and resources
• Stay up to date with developments in STEM education and share best practice

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject and a recognised teaching qualification
• Experience teaching a STEM-related subject
• Proven leadership, organisational and communication skills
• Passion for innovation and high-quality STEM education
• Experience in an international or British curriculum school is desirable
