Store Keeper – Pharmaceutical Industry

About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Store Keeper to manage receipt, storage and issuance of pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with GMP and company procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and record incoming materials and pharmaceutical products.
- Store inventory following GMP, FEFO/FIFO and company guidelines.
- Issue materials to production and other departments based on approved requests.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system and perform regular stock counts.
- Reconcile discrepancies and coordinate replenishment with procurement.
- Prepare inventory and stock movement reports.
- Collaborate with warehouse, QA, QC and production teams to ensure smooth operations.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Pharmacy or related field.
- 2–5 years of store‑keeping or warehouse experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Knowledge of GMP, FEFO/FIFO and inventory control practices.
Required skills
- ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Microsoft Office suite.
