Store Supervisor

About the role

Talabat is looking for a Store Supervisor to lead end‑to‑end store operations within its delivery network. You will be responsible for staffing, inventory management, order fulfillment and ensuring a safe, efficient environment for the team and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage staffing schedules, oversee hiring and shift allocation.
• Control store expenses and monitor profitability against budget.
• Maintain optimal stock levels, place replenishment orders and prevent out‑of‑stock situations.
• Supervise inbound receiving, accurate order intake and adherence to SOPs.
• Direct picking and packing processes to meet quality and speed targets.
• Monitor and improve fulfillment productivity, recommending process enhancements.
• Ensure hygiene, safety, security and equipment maintenance standards are met.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager to resolve store issues and implement solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years experience in supermarket, retail or restaurant operations.
• Strong interpersonal and intercultural communication abilities.
• Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Hands‑on attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
