Storekeeper – Warehouse Operations

About the role
We are looking for a diligent Storekeeper to manage material flow within our manufacturing warehouse. The successful candidate will ensure accurate receipt, storage, and issuance of goods while supporting production and purchasing teams.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials according to company procedures.
- Issue materials based on approved requisitions.
- Maintain up‑to‑date inventory records and process stock transactions.
- Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage conditions and keep the warehouse organized.
- Coordinate with Purchasing, Production, and other departments regarding material availability.
- Prepare required warehouse reports.
- Follow safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Storekeeper, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
Required skills
- Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP is an advantage).
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
