Strategy Business Advisor

About the role

Royal Sky Group is seeking a Strategy Business Advisor to support its diverse client base across the Gulf region. In this role you will act as a trusted partner, helping organisations define their strategic direction, improve performance, and achieve sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance to clients based on data analysis, market research, and industry best practices.
• Assess client challenges, goals, and operational processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and present actionable recommendations to senior executives.
• Facilitate workshops, strategy sessions, and meetings with client stakeholders.
• Support implementation of strategic initiatives and monitor outcomes.
• Maintain strong, long‑term relationships to ensure client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in strategy consulting, business advisory, or corporate strategy.
• Strong analytical and research capabilities with a proven ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously while delivering high‑quality advisory content.
