Student Care Representative

About the role

ELVTR is looking for a Student Care Representative to join its remote team. You will be the first point of contact for students, ensuring they enjoy a smooth and engaging learning experience across our live online courses.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct support to students via phone, email and live chat.
• Encourage and maintain student‑to‑student communication to build a supportive community.
• Act as a liaison between students and instructors, ensuring clear communication.
• Assist during live classes, offering real‑time help to both instructors and learners.
• Identify and resolve student issues, including minor technical problems.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic about serving students and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• High cognitive ability to understand sophisticated educational products.
• Presentable and confident on Zoom for hosting student meetings.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Asana.
• Experience using HubSpot CRM.
• Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets.
• Comfortable with Zoom and able to perform basic technical troubleshooting.
