Student Marketeer - FUE

About the role

Red Bull is looking for a Student Marketeer in Cairo (FUE) for its brand and product ambassador program. Student Marketeers act as brand ambassadors on their university campus and in their region, reaching new consumers, increasing sales and managing the brand at a student level through direct contact, product trials and events. The role is part-time and suits someone who values flexibility over a 9 to 5 job.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a brand and product ambassador: live the brand values and represent them positively in everyday interactions with consumers and customers.
• Grow the user base by inviting product trial and awareness through sampling at the right place and time, answering consumer questions.
• Build and run an insight-driven, campus-tailored plan that engages students, and create a strong network of key local contacts.
• Promote the brand on social media with authentic content.
• Build relationships with local sales account managers so Red Bull stays available and visible in outlets, and help open new distribution points on campus and beyond.
• Use Red Bull assets to keep the brand top of mind in sales accounts and ensure store standards are followed.
• Maintain Student Marketeer tools, plan and report activities on the dedicated online platform, and share ideas with the team regularly.

Required profile

• Second or third-year student.
• Excellent communication skills, charismatic, energetic, approachable and able to relate to many people.
• Immersed in student life, with a thorough understanding of the university, city and region.
• Creative mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, responsibility and initiative.
• Affinity for learning marketing, negotiation and sales skills.
• Connected with influential groups and individuals on campus.
• Passion for the Red Bull brand and product.
• Must hold a valid driving license.

Required skills

• Ability to manage part-time work alongside studies, ideally including some evenings and weekends.
• Social and communication skills.
