Student Marketeer (University Campus Ambassador)

About the role

Red Bull is looking for energetic university students to become Student Marketeers, acting as brand and product ambassadors on their campus. You will help grow the Red Bull community, drive product trial, and support sales initiatives while gaining hands‑on marketing experience.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Red Bull’s brand personality in everyday interactions with students and customers.
• Plan and execute campus‑specific activation plans that generate excitement and product sampling.
• Engage peers on social media with authentic, brand‑aligned content.
• Collaborate with local sales account managers to ensure Red Bull is visible and available in campus outlets.
• Identify and open new distribution points within the university environment.
• Maintain brand tools, report activities through the online platform, and share ideas with the regional team.

Required profile

• Second‑ or third‑year university student.
• Excellent communication skills and a charismatic, outgoing personality.
• Deep knowledge of campus life, hotspots, and student culture.
• Creative, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to balance part‑time work with studies and availability for evenings/weekends.
