Supply Chain Analyst (Cairo)

About the role

The Supply Chain Analyst will support P&G’s import lanes into Europe from Cairo, using global standard processes to configure systems, source services and monitor carrier performance. The role combines analytical work, cross‑border logistics insight and collaboration with trade governance and lane managers.

Key responsibilities

• Execute supply planning activities including inventory, requirements, production and material planning.
• Develop and maintain finished‑goods inventory targets by SKU, balancing service level objectives, forecast error and lead times.
• Deliver key performance indicators such as customer fill rate, inventory levels and cost targets.
• Act as the main interface between stock replenishment, operations and logistics teams.
• Identify, resolve and escalate supply‑chain risks such as manufacturing performance issues, material shortages or demand surges.
• Manage projects that affect the supply chain, including new product launches and capacity expansions.
• Participate in cross‑functional teams to drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with 0‑3 years of relevant experience (excluding engineering, actuarial, computer science, data science and mathematics).
• Legally eligible to work in Egypt.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Basic programming or IT knowledge.
• Fundamental understanding of supply‑chain concepts.
