Supply Chain Analyst

About the role

P&G is looking for a Supply Chain Analyst in Cairo. The analyst provides an analytical overview of import lanes into Europe, using global standard work processes and solutions to activate cross-border customs lanes and support their system configuration and service sourcing. The role also supports the I Trade Governance team in understanding service parameters, carrier performance and contract adherence, and helps Lane Managers with report analysis, issue resolution and auditing.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the supply planning process covering inventory, requirements, production and material planning.
• Develop and maintain finished goods inventory targets by SKU based on service levels, forecast error and replenishment lead times.
• Deliver KPIs such as customer fill rate, inventory and cost targets.
• Act as the interface between stock replenishment, operations and logistics.
• Identify, resolve and escalate supply chain risks such as manufacturing performance, material shortages or demand surges.
• Manage projects affecting the supply chain, such as new product launches or capacity expansions.
• Take part in cross-functional teams developing continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree with maximum 0-3 years of relevant experience (excluding engineering, actuarial sciences, computer science, data science, mathematics).
• Legally eligible to work in Egypt.
• Supply chain knowledge and ability to interpret data.
• Ability to communicate professionally in English, written and oral.
• Experience working in a matrix organization and managing multi-level stakeholders.
