Supply Chain Executive

About the role

The Supply Chain Executive supports the growth of the logistics and supply chain function, reporting to the Supply Chain Leader. The role focuses on business development, project management, and financial analysis to drive operational excellence and improve the function’s bottom line.

Key responsibilities

• Develop logistics business with new and existing customers while managing relationships.
• Meet SLAs/KPIs for all customers and drive operational excellence.
• Respond to RFQs/RFPs/tenders, preparing cost models and rates.
• Produce utilization and financial performance reports to monitor logistics projects.
• Coordinate with commercial, operations, legal, PMO, and solutions teams to align logistics capacities with requirements.
• Review workload distribution to increase efficiency and control direct/indirect costs.
• Lead regular business reviews with strategic customers and ensure timely end‑of‑month billing.
• Maintain compliance with HSSE, sustainability, and corporate policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics or related field.
• 0‑1 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical thinking and project‑management background.
• Proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Power BI or similar data‑visualisation tools.
• Warehouse Management System (WMS) knowledge.
