Supply Chain Manager

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimise end‑to‑end supply chain activities. The role will drive strategy, manage procurement, oversee inventory and logistics, and ensure seamless collaboration across functions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage procurement activities, including supplier selection, negotiation and contract management.
• Oversee inventory planning and control to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Coordinate logistics, transportation and distribution to guarantee timely delivery.
• Monitor performance, identify cost‑reduction opportunities and drive process improvements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors and logistics partners.
• Analyse demand forecasts and collaborate with sales, production and operations to ensure supply availability.
• Manage warehouse operations and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and present reports on KPIs, performance and operational efficiency.
• Lead, mentor and develop the supply chain team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CSCP, CPIM or CPSM are a plus.
• 7–10 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics or related functions.
• 3–5 years of managerial experience leading teams.
