Supply Chain Specialist – Cosmetics

About the role

We are looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to join our fast‑growing cosmetics brand. You will work closely with the core team and management to scale operations, ensuring that our skincare products move smoothly from formulation to the customer’s hands.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for third‑party manufacturers, planning and tracking production orders, coordinating shipping, and enforcing quality and timeline standards.
• Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with raw material and packaging suppliers, evaluating them on quality, cost, and reliability.
• Oversee inventory levels and batch tracking using Zoho Inventory, maintaining accurate par levels and FIFO protocols.
• Synchronize physical inventory with online and offline sales channels to prevent stockouts of top‑selling products.
• Identify supply‑chain bottlenecks and implement practical process‑optimization solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics or operations, preferably in cosmetics, personal care or FMCG.
• Proven experience coordinating with external or toll manufacturers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Industrial Engineering or a related field (preferred).
• Ability to work on‑site in Giza, manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.
