Supply Chain Trainer – Excel for Supply Chain (Recorded Courses)

About the role

Enta Gahez is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Trainer to develop and deliver recorded courses focused on Excel for Supply Chain. The role involves creating high‑quality, practical training content that will be hosted on the platform for learners ranging from fresh graduates to seasoned professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Design and record comprehensive Excel training modules tailored to supply‑chain functions.
• Develop practical business cases, templates, dashboards, and real‑world scenarios for learners.
• Ensure training material aligns with current industry best practices and KPI reporting standards.
• Collaborate with the content team to maintain consistency and quality across all courses.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of hands‑on experience in Supply Chain Operations.
• Strong background in Procurement, Inventory Management, Logistics & Distribution, and Warehouse Operations.
• Experience with ERP/SAP systems is preferred.
• Proven ability to convey complex concepts through practical examples.
• Previous training or instructional experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills; English proficiency is preferred.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and dashboard creation).
• ERP/SAP familiarity.
• Supply Chain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reporting.
• Dashboard creation using Excel.
