System Security Administrator

About the role

ITIDA is looking for a System Security Administrator to oversee the operation, monitoring and maintenance of the physical security and data‑center systems supporting the Root Certificate Authority. The role combines hands‑on management of access control, CCTV and intrusion detection with basic Linux system administration and coordination with internal teams and external vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor access‑control, CCTV and intrusion‑detection systems across the data‑center.
• Perform environmental monitoring, system backups and log reviews.
• Generate incident reports and ensure timely remediation.
• Provide basic Linux administration for security‑related services.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors for maintenance and upgrades.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in systems administration or physical security systems.
• Knowledge of CCTV, access‑control, data‑center operations, Linux, basic networking and cybersecurity principles.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation and problem‑solving abilities.
