System Testing Lead

About the role

The System Testing Lead will drive validation and testing activities for embedded software products, ensuring they meet customer and design requirements. This role is based in Maadi Technology Park, Cairo, and works closely with both internal teams and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and analyse customer and design requirements, identifying gaps for validation.
• Design validation test groups, develop test plans, cases, scripts and automation.
• Execute test cases, analyse results, and report defects using the defect management tool.
• Prepare and deliver test reports to customers.
• Participate in project estimations, risk assessments and provide hardware analysis/debugging for ECU/testing environments.

Required profile

• B.Sc. in Communication, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, Biomedical, Aerospace or Electronics.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in embedded systems testing.
• Excellent command of English.

Required skills

• Embedded systems concepts and microcontrollers.
• System/software architecture and testing techniques.
• C programming.
• Scripting languages such as Python.
• ISTQB certification (any level) – a plus.
• CAN and Ethernet communication knowledge – a plus.
