Talent Acquisition Coordinator – Technical Recruiter

About the role

Arcsen is looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the recruitment of technical talent across its global consulting practice. This entry‑level position offers the chance to work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers while gaining hands‑on experience in the full recruitment lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technical positions under senior guidance.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial qualification calls.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and ensure timely communication.
• Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3‑6 months of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong interest in technical recruitment and technology‑focused roles.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
