Talent Acquisition Intern

About the role

PwC is looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern in Cairo, within its IFS (Internal Firm Services) line of service. The internship is full-time for 3 months and focuses on attracting and selecting top talent that fits PwC's values and contributes to its success.

What you will do

• Help identify and hire candidates who match PwC's values
• Work alongside subject matter specialists and project teams to find, assess, educate and train employees
• Support the quality team with internal tasks

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree; fresh graduates and those with up to 1 year of experience are welcome
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Eagerness to learn in a fast-paced team environment
• Willingness to learn about international quality standards and process auditing

Required skills

• Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
• Applicant tracking systems, campus placements, candidate sourcing and interviewing are listed as optional skills
